Squat Row with Cable or Band. Down (into the squat) and out with the band and up (standing) and in (pull) with the band. Squeeze your shoulder blades (scapula) together and keep perfect squat form. Don't "water ski" which means relying on the band or the cable to hold you up and/or leaning back to much. Use your core to control the movement.
